I slept in late again today, I'm on my fiance's schedule now. He goes to bed at about 6 a.m. and doesn't get up til 5 p.m. and I'm finding myself doing the same. Is that bad to do when your trying to lose weight? I didn't get any exercise in today..again. SMH. I need to start taking my walks to the park again. Thank goodness fall is just around the corner cause thats the type of weather I like to walk in. The heat is just too much for me.
Today all I've had to eat is a cantina bowl from Taco bell. I know its fast food and all, but it actually isn't that bad for you. It's one of the better choices you can get from there. It's 8:20 p.m. and I won't eat anything else for tonight. I'll probably have a cup of hot tea or two with a little bit of sugar in them, but thats it.
I have a doctor's appointment in the morning so my schedule will be back on track tomorrow. If the weather is nice, I will go to the park and walk around the trail a few times. Hopefully that will be the start of a great habit. Going to the park at least 3 to 4 times a week, that should help me to lose some weight, along with keeping track of my calories.
