I slept in late again today, I'm on my fiance's schedule now. He goes to bed at about 6 a.m. and doesn't get up til 5 p.m. and I'm finding myself doing the same. Is that bad to do when your trying to lose weight? I didn't get any exercise in today..again. SMH. I need to start taking my walks to the park again. Thank goodness fall is just around the corner cause thats the type of weather I like to walk in. The heat is just too much for me.

Today all I've had to eat is a cantina bowl from Taco bell. I know its fast food and all, but it actually isn't that bad for you. It's one of the better choices you can get from there. It's 8:20 p.m. and I won't eat anything else for tonight. I'll probably have a cup of hot tea or two with a little bit of sugar in them, but thats it.

I have a doctor's appointment in the morning so my schedule will be back on track tomorrow. If the weather is nice, I will go to the park and walk around the trail a few times. Hopefully that will be the start of a great habit. Going to the park at least 3 to 4 times a week, that should help me to lose some weight, along with keeping track of my calories.

That's how I've gotten most of my exercise for the past year. Still do on Saturdays. During the week I've been riding with my husband and get out and walk at his stops. I usually have 4 miles by 9:15 and get another couple throughout the rest of the day. Today I stayed home so I've already gotten 6.4 miles in with a little more random walking to do later. You can keep whatever schedule you need to and succeed, just treat the night like the day and exercise in the evening when you get up and eat as if the night is the day. Anything is doable.

Ok thank you!I wasn't sure if my schedule was messing me up or not lol. I am up today and feeling pretty good even though I only got 4 hours sleep. I think I'm going to go to the park today and take my dog to keep me company. Then I will probably take a nice nap.
