Today I slept in late. Had the motivation to go to the gym...but my cousin with the membership is sleeping right now. I still have the drive so if she wakes up soon we can still go. I haven't ate anything today..just had some Sunny D to drink, which had 14 grams of sugar per serving. I have a habit of consuming way to much sugar throughout the day. Sugar is one of my weaknesses. I know I need to cut down in order to lose this weight.

I want to eat something really healthy for dinner tonight. My fiance is overweight and not trying to lose, so he always wants to eat the most unhealthy, tempting , foods possible. Like last night he ordered a Jet's pizza boat, chicken wings, and cheesy bread. I couldn't resist some of the cheesy bread, so I had 3 pieces of those. And I had one wing. Then I made Spanish rice for me.

I need to eat some veggies cause I've been slacking on those lately. I just might walk to the store and get me some healthy foods for dinner tonight. The heat is terrible though, thats the only problem. The good thing is the store is only a 10 minute walk, so I'm just going to do it!! lol
