weight presumably still same. challenging to encounter heavy eating situations & stress situations & being home alone. someone said, "I see you can smile, but I know there is pain." I got through some tough spots this weekend thinking about what I could have later if I was patient. it was difficult. How does the food make me feel? what do I achieve by eating it that I seek when I crave it? Does the practice of patience carry over to other areas of life? on a practical note, I have been feeling very weak lately at times. may need to bump up my nutrition.
