Well, it seems like I've been hovering around 219 lbs for the past few months. I guess its time to get some exercise in. That would help me to drop some weight. I just need to get motivated. I walk to the store and stuff, and I have a pair of 10 lb dumbbells that Ive been using, but that's just not enough. I use to do workouts that are on youtube, thats what helped me to lose 40 lbs 2 years ago. But I just haven't had the energy to get into that routine again. I wish I felt well enough to do that again. Maybe if I put my mind to, I'll be able to. I hope so!
