Disappointing but reality checking. I want up a pound. feeling fatter daily. had been feeling great. overeating regularly. blood pressure rising. feel tired! taking naps. skipping on YMCA walks. YMCA treadmill actually a little more tiring. important. still better than the 167 I weighed at beginning of last month so that's good news. I am still making acceptable progress. it really is hard to control eating when I'm home alone all day.
