Yesterday did a good workout. But went overlimit with calorie number also. Sometimes I'm tempted and I'm eating biscuits. I was suggested to replace such with pudding or cereal/milk.(more nutritious and easy digestible). I'm not eating chocolate, drinking coke, chips and other junkfoods except sometimes I'm indulging with biscuits and or crackers. I think that's where I fail, as a biscuit is really small and tend easily to overeat. And I'm not even that much fan of them. I would rather have some nuts( I like them allot), or Mexican food which I find much more attractive than just plain biscuits.
