Yesterday had more fat, because of some snacks. I dragged myself to do the exercises. I was really tired , as my son slept at 11 o'clock and had to keep moving after him. Ended up doing the exercise after 11 o'clock in the night. Cannot say how much tired I felt. It's not always like such but the days when kid stays up late are killer for me.

The days when I stay up late mess me up that day and the next. So I get it. I'm proud of you for doing the exercises anyway. Hope today goes well.
