Okay, I've cut my food down BIG TIME for today compared to how I've been overeating the last 10 or so days.
Today will probably feel like a diet, which I HATE, but my body has to get used to the smaller portions again. Once I get used to eating less than 1800 calories a day, it won't feel so diet-y.
And, here I go.
