Okay, I've cut my food down BIG TIME for today compared to how I've been overeating the last 10 or so days.

Today will probably feel like a diet, which I HATE, but my body has to get used to the smaller portions again. Once I get used to eating less than 1800 calories a day, it won't feel so diet-y.

And, here I go.

Lihat Kalender Diet, 04 Agustus 2011:
1613 kkal Lemak: 41,03g | Prot: 72,22g | Karb: 271,46g.   Makan Pagi: JIF natural creamy, Kroger sugar free syrup, Quaker old fashioned oatmeal, blue diamond unsweetened vanilla. Makan Siang: melon, shredded carrots, spinach, extra virgin olive oil, hunts tomato celery, kidney beans. Makan Malam: black beans, extra virgin olive oil, steamfresh broccoli cauliflower carrots, brown rice. Camilan/Lainnya: fuji apple, luna peppermint bar, kroger fat free refried beans, ole high fiber tortilla, emerald cocoa roast almonds, banana. lagi...
2357 kkal Latihan: Lari - 10 km/jam - 30 menit, Berjalan (Cepat) - 6,5 km/jam - 30 menit, Istirahat - 15 jam, Tidur - 8 jam. lagi...

LOLZ overeating. That has me the past two days -___- It sucks but it seems like you're getting in some acitivites so thats good at least. Breaking even isnt always a bad thing. GOOD LUCK!
