Dear support,

I have almost finished a perfect 7 day diet streak. And that is very impressive for me... No cheating, no binging, nothing...

i just ruined a good veggie-soup and was almost ready to throw in the towel... i shocked myself! just one little set-back i could i?

so i took a carrot instead...

how am i doing it? i really dont know how it is that i can now, when i had been cant-ing for so long!

downside of the story is that exercise is coming to a total stand still... i really cant do both at the same time. Next goal is below 80 kilo before x-mas, so exercise is not so important anymore...

The diet is more important than exercise when trying to lose weight. You got the plan now keep rocking it.

I wouldn't give up on the exercise completely. Try walking a half mile or start with just walking 10 minutes a few times a week.
