We are having staff meeting today and so I made cookies last night to bring to work. I only had two which is a huge accomplishment for me. I even have them sitting on my desk right now and I haven't even thought of them, ok maybe since I"m writing about them but they haven't been touched.
I've been eating really good for the week. I have brought stuff from home to eat and I think that part is going well.
I woke up a little sore from the work out the other day but it just means I worked some areas that haven't seen a work out and that is good. I plan to take my work out clothes tomorrow and go after class, maybe alternate and do some weights and a little cardio but not all cardio like last time. Time to firm up those arms for my sun dress.
