I feel sick, a pleuritic heaviness in my chest. I wonder if I'd be sick if I had worked daylight M-F this week. Or if I had stayed home & been a mom. I will allow myself to sleep more. I feel like a bum when I do. I never know the perfect answer, so I have to be satisfied with reasonable answers.
