just back from a weekend trip to Vegas! Fun, but drank buckets of water to stay hydrated. Walked miles (easy in that town) and actually dropped 4-5 lbs while I was there! Easy to stay active when I wasn't chained to a desk 8+ hrs a day. Gotta find that time for more exercise here at home...
