my goal was to lose weight, but now i have reached my goal, it's like I can't stop. I'm so used to my new healthy lifestyle, sometimes I still lose lose a few pounds. but I can't do that, now I have to stay on the same weight. o what to do?

If you are still losing you need to up your calories a little bit. it takes a little trial and error, but just take it slow, add a little bit of calories, like 100 at a time, ad keep it at that level for a week to see how it affects your weight. If you are still losing, up it another 100. Keep going like that until you find the right level. If you gain, cut back by 50, and eventually you will have fine tuned your calorie level for goal weight! You need to go a week before changing the level each time to be sure of the results, because daily water fluctuations can throw it off.
