I started eating a piece of fruit a day... saddly I feel like I am cheating on this diet, just one piece in the morning still doing the running one mile 5x a week, I know its not far or for very long but right now consistancy is the key, I CANT burn myself out...(I have a big tendancy to ditch excersize,) so I am taking it slow... every move counts right...

Hey Lovie,I can't run fifty feet,you have me beat by a mile! Everything in it's own time,yes every step counts,keep up the good work!!

I think its amazing to run at all. Great job! Thats quite a bit to someone like me who doesnt run anywhere, ever! Strength training is about all I get in. And yes sometimes I ditch it:0 And Im in OWL and I eat fruit so maybe your not cheating lol
