Good habits being formed. Getting a lot of camping in. Not recording as I am up there to be at one with nature(the mountains are my church!) But I am staying at a steady 168 - 169 lbs largely due to eating well (admitedly a few more treats than when I am homeward)portion control and getting those veggies and water in. It was nice on the way home last night to be able to say "Hey lets grab some pizza on the way home" and my calories fpor the day easily acommidated it. I pack much differently for camping now than I used to. One cooler is almost all fruits and veggies, and I premake healthier breakfast burrito filling. My wife and sone are all about the fruits so its great! Ill be up for the next two weekends, working on the property, swimming and hiking and loving where I live! Peace buddies.
