I've lost 7 pounds already! 28 pounds to go . Feeling so much better than I used to , eating healthy and exercise definitely help with that. I cheated at my friend's baby shower and had a piece of cake, but everyone cheats here and there so Im trying not to let it bring me down! One thing Im really having a hard time with is cheese. I love melted cheese on just about anything , but nachos aren't exactly the healthiest ! :(

Yeah, I'm a cheese-o-phile too, and I think once in a while it's okay. I also like cheesy popcorn, because it has the taste with WAY less calories than nachos or other cheesy snacks.

If you're watching your cheese, get the finely shredded...it goes farther taste-wise. You don't have to use as much to get the same oomph.

Being a certified cheese-a-holic, I know your struggle. The only way I can keep my cheese intake in check is by weighing it (if shredded or cutting from a chunk).

Awesome!! Didn't realize there were so many Cheese-a-holics out there. I can give up almost anything, except cheese. I just went thru almost 4 weeks of no cheese, had to add back even a bit goes a long way for my taste buds. Yeap, shredded or grated, even crumble help in meals. :) Keep up the good work!!
