Interesting weekend. Surrounded by food and fought off the courage to eat everything. Celebrated my son's b day Friday evening. was able to stay away from the hotdogs, hamburgers and cake.
Saturday was a little tougher but manage to hang in there.
Sunday, got a little carried away eating seafood and drinking beer. Beer was no go.
Base on the past week or so, my goal now is to only intake 1300 cals or less a day.
