I am really new to this " eating healthy " thing , and I have learned recently that it's not just about the calorie intake , there is so much more ! Some fat is actually good for you ? Had no idea ! I'm trying to get more veggies in my diet , as I usually have next to nothing . This morning I had scrambled eggs( 1/2 tsp of margarine , 1 tbsp skim milk ) with red , yellow , and green peppers , roma tomatoes , and green onion . I also had 1 piece of toast with sugar free strawberry jam . What a delicious way to get the veggies in ! I'm starting to learn that eating healthy can actually be FUN and TASTE GOOD ! Now if I could only motivate myself to get more exercise in my day ..
