Getting tired of being so restricted on my diet and not seeing fast loss like in the past. True, I'm now menopausal, but still... I SHOULD be losing more for what I'm eating. But I'm not able to be active enough yet, so I really can't complain. I just hope I find a job soon to get myself out of the house!

I can relate. Menopause causes the challenge. And it SUCKS! I read your journey with empathy. I'm going through the same thing. Hugs :)

You may want to pick a reasonable calorie limit like 1400 per day and then eat that much daily - if you eat too little, you also can stall. Drink 64 ounces or more of water every day, and maybe if your weather permits, start walking around your area for 15 minutes per day.

I lost alot of weight by closely watching the portion sizes...during menopause. Thus ...I ate what I wanted but in much smaller amounts/ 1/2 the food/ 1/2 the body weight was my mantra. Although...caution ....when I stopped doing that mindfully...all for naught....so careful longterm change is necessary... Hugs -J
