Doing well the past couple of days. yayy. ive been doing good at night eating too.

so early this morning i thought hey whats something quick that will give me a lot of energy for the gym. so i had almost a handful of peanuts. and then i come on here and looked at the calorie count. holy cow!!! i could've had a small fry at mcdonalds or something and it'd be the same amount of calories!
its rediculous =[
o well, at least i kicked my butat the gym
]
