So here I am, back again
vacations coming, and I need to cut down on my food intake
I've done very well the past few months at the gym, I'v seen great results. I'm more toned then I was a year ago when I was on here, but im still the same weight. :[ I feel that if I cut down on my calorie intake the weight will fly off? hopefully
oh well, I'll be here often!
