So I am trying to increase my protein, fats, and calories to increase my weight loss. I am STUFFED. I will have to figure out how to spread out my protein more throughout the day so I don't feel so full.

But on the up side, I got my protein up, my fats up, and my calories up. I was on Atkins last night and found a thread about number of calories by weight.

According to the thread I should be eating 2270 per day with 165g of protein and 171g fat. OMG, I don't know how I would be able to hit those totals. I struggle to hit 1800 calories, lol.

I will see how my new numbers do for me before adding anything more.

I couldn't do such high cals either, but I think you have to do what is good for you. Check to see if you do the higher cals do you still lose the weight. Some people have to do higher to actually lose. So it is step by step. When I up my protein I think it is harder, seems like to much to eat in one go.
