Today is the day before my 90day transformation challenge.
So far weight is 84.5kg target weight around 75kg
Starting Calories 2200Calories (adjustable)
Cardio (45 min walk on treadmill x2 a week)
Now getting on to meal planning samples that will fit my calories and macros
6 days gym resistance training

The thing that worked for me was to track what you normally eat in a space of a week and take that average then minus 500 calories that will give you a starting point. For body recomp set fats to 50 -55g protein to target wait in pounds and the rest in carbs. Don’t change fats and proteins then track for a further week and see

Oh and do some resistance trying if you can at home or a gym and include cardio my favourite is steady state cardio walking on a treadmill starting 15mins and progress to 45 - 50mins twice a week or more depending how you recover from resistance training. I do my walk at 5 in the morning at home which is very convenient. If you don’t have one buy one it’s the best thing ever to have and good to burn fat on
