STARTING OVER
Resigned to the fact that I do better when I record my details on a regular basis.
Going to try again. My birthday was yesterday and today is a new month, this really seems like an ideal starting day. It is a snow-all-day Super Bowl Sunday in Michigan so Why Not?
I consider today as my first weigh in. Honestly, I am not about weight, more interested in shape, energy and feeling good. I eat veggies at every small meal and I snack twice a day always including some protein. I eat my biggest meal in the morning and I don't eat for the last 3 hours that I am awake. I go to bed early and get up at dawn. I try to move more than I sit. Decluttering my house is my main movement right now. I walk whenever the weather permits. I sleep more hours on purpose but still like to get up early. Stress is my biggest enemy so I find time to meditate, read and pray every day.
You might wonder where these "rules" came from. I took a Class called ShapeShift in October thru December and read a book by the same name. I was impressed so I have made them my guidelines and I haven't yet read the whole book. I have discovered that when I slacked off during the Holidays until today that I stopped losing weight, I don't look as toned nor do I have as much energy or wellness.
I love writing, so I hope I'm not too wordy on a regular basis.
I welcome Buddies, can be very encouraging and will make an effort to use all the benefits on this site.
