Weird how the numbers go up and down all willy nilly sometimes. Scale seems to think I lost about 2.5 pounds from yesterday. I know it's not feasible, but I was amused anyway.
I tried really hard yesterday to eat fat. Sounds crazy I know. But I had to purposefully try to find fats to eat! So far this morning, on the same agenda and it's going. I will be very interested in seeing what the numbers say tomorrow!
