I am disappointed. I lost 2.5 lbs last week and truth be told I do not feel like I should have lost anything. It is tough trying to lose weight after having a baby. I worked out five days last week and moderately ate right. I guess if I went all out the weight loss would have been more. :( I will keep on trying to get better at this. I hope when I get back to work my weight loss process will speed up since I will be more active.
