I am still going to the Gym, I work out for two to three hours at a time it is what it is, a work out. I now weigh 214.4 pounds. I am happy and I am looking forward to 130 pounds , by Christmas. I also start school in January 20, 2015. I have been doing the water, I now drink three cups of water in addition to what ever that I would drink for the day.
