I am a nurse, I am a mother of four children, I am going to school for the RN. I lost fourteen pound with lots of exercise and diet changed. My great challenge is restaurants, when I am on the go , I run in this little bistro or that little café, or a fast food restaurants for a reward. whell you know what that means; I have to go back to maintaining my diet and exercise and hope for the best .
