What a fabulous Monday! :-)
First off, I'm one week caffeine free. Last week was very challenging but this week is so far so good. I've been sleeping better and I've got so much more energy.
Secondly, I'm back to full health after having walking pneumonia. Saturday was my first day back to exercising. It just feels so good to be able to breathe. I cherish each breath I take, but I cherish it more when I'm working out.
Lastly, I got to go swimming again today. It was such a great swim. I swam 32 laps in 50 minutes. The best thing is that I got to use my mother's day present - my waterproof ipod nano case and headphones. I actually got to listen to music while swimming my laps. It went by SO fast. I found that my Punk&Ska mix worked better than the FunkyFresh mix.
