I'm back after a month in Europe. Had a wonderful vacation. Yes, I put on weight. And I enjoyed every calorie!!!
Got home late Friday night. Spent Saturday w/ unpacking, laundry, cleaning out the fridge, and buying fresh groceries. Sunday morning, I'm back on track! I hope I can loose these pounds by Aug 1. We'll see...

A whole month, how divine! I’m heading there soon myself. Expecting the heat and tourism to be immense but so grateful to finally go back. Biggest challenge for me is picking luggage to comply with the new smaller carryon restrictions.

I was in Italy for 2 weeks (Rome, Matera, walking thru Puglia - Alberobello to Lucce). Then I flew to the Netherlands and met my husband in Den Haag (The Hague). We stayed in Den Hague, Valkenburg, Maastricht, and Tongeren, Belgium.
I carefully packed light with drip-dry fabrics and washed my clothing in the bathroom sink. It all fit in a small carryon suitcase. I wore the bulkier clothing on the plane. I needed some extra layers for the Netherlands which was cooler than southern Italy.
