Tattletale time. I need to dial back on my caloric intake a bit. I have been bumping up since I have gotten closer to goal weight..and it remains elusive! I am still generally keeping intake 400 or so under RDI, but my daily goal is under 1800. (Im doing more like 2000) I have also been eating later at night. I was religious about not doing that in the beginning, and if I did I was very consistently careful about my choices. Just trying to find that blance without total deprivation. Overall still very happy with my improved health.
