Tattletale time.
I need to dial back on my caloric intake a bit. I have been bumping up since I have gotten closer to goal weight..and it remains elusive!
I am still generally keeping intake 400 or so under RDI, but my daily goal is under 1800. (Im doing more like 2000) I have also been eating later at night. I was religious about not doing that in the beginning, and if I did I was very consistently careful about my choices. Just trying to find that blance without total deprivation. Overall still very happy with my improved health.

So fun you ratted yourself out:) It happens and is hard onl;ce you are close to where you want to be. I know you will get there. But you are to right once you are there it is easy to regain if you are not healthy so you have realized an important fact and are dealing.
