Cramps part II. Well, it looks like I may be drinking a bit too much water and for sure too much caffeine.I actually add these little caffeinaters called STOK to my cofee. I almost never enter my coffee as it is so low in calories (black) but a lot of people say it totally flushes out nutrients. Drink a lot plus pee a lot equals flushed out system. Gonna dial back on the coffee and see how that goes.
sad face. My vices are diminishing rapidly!
