Julian Bakery... online... low carb bread. 2 net carbs per slice of the cinnamon raisin 1 carb for the regular. Very dense texture, but very tasty. Not cheap, but YOU CAN EAT SOME BREAD! Also CARBmaster yogurt from Ralphs/Kroger/King Soopers... good stuff and max 4 net carbs.Breakfast this week has been goooood.
