I'm down 14 lbs!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!!!!!!!!! I'm super pumped right now!!!

Okay...time to focus, Ann!!!! Get it together and keep moving forward!!! I need to work out more regularly and stop making excuses. I haven't done Zumba in like a month. So...my goal for the next 10 days is to Zumba and walk during my lunch. That's pretty attainable.

Let's goooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW!!!! You better work it out. Keep up the god work. I loe my Zumba, I was thinking about making that a supplemental workout to try and bun some extra calories during the week. Plus its fun. Yeah!!!

Zumba is my favorite!!! My 5-year old daughter does it with me and we laugh the whole time!!!!! We work it out now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get an hour. So, I walk for 45 minutes then eat for 15. It works really well.

That's really awesome! How do you like Zumba? They offer it at the local Curves and I thought about buying it for at home, but I'm not sure.

I love it. It's a lot of fun. The time flies by. I have the Zumba Fitness Live DVD and it's amazing. I also go to our University's Health and Wellness Center once a week for classes.
