Think I'm passed the worst of the 1st week x still bit headachey but I honestly think thats due to the cut back in Caffeine x only cutting back coz I'm having it with cream x x lol x x

Handling the meal planning well x cooking one lot for the kids x and then making something for myself x doesn't bother me at all and some things we have together I just give them pasta or potatoes with it x but I'm having to fight over the brocolli with my youngest!!! x x She gets some on her plate but always looks at mine and wants the same as me x even tho she won't eat it all x x

New week x its getting easier and food choices aren't such a struggle x x Altho someone at work had a box of yum yums from greggs that I couild actually smell x x oh the icing on them x just wanted 1 lick ha ha x x but I put them in the cupboard away from me x x x
