I had a really Happy Thanksgiving lol! I ate whatever I wanted for 3 days and gained 6 pounds lol! So not good, but the seafood gumbo, eggplant casserole, and banana pudding were spectacular lol. I even worked out prior to prepare for my holiday eating and that helped but today I've gotta get back on track. I probably have to increase my water intake just due to the salt I consumed this week. Anywho, I'm super thankful for my family, my close friends including my boyfriend, and my life this holiday season. Now I have to go for a 2.5 mile jog then when I get back it's weighted jumping squats workout, planks, and a little jump rope to finish off. Oh holiday season you slay me! #Peace&Love :-D

It's nice to eat what you want but you pay the price. Get back on track and you'll be fine. Glad to hear you enjoyed the holiday.

Water is our friend. I slacked on that last week too, but I am back today. I find that putting frozen fruit in my water helps me drink more. I keep one pitcher in my fridge at home and then bring my water bottle to work with me and have about two of those a day.

@Lhill: I normally drink about 126-140 ozs of water everyday, but since thanksgiving I've upped theamount to help my body flush the salt and to hydrate properly with my increased sweating during exercise. Yes, water is our friend lol! It really works! :-D
