Today, I ate right, drank my water, and tracked everything that went into my mouth. It's only day 2. I can do this.

One nice thing: was going to go to yoga, but didn't bring yoga clothes with me to work. So, back up plan - went to eat at Coho cafe all by myself. Took my Nook, drank a glass of wine, and ordered the ceviche salad. MMMMM...so delicious!

Ceviche is SO low in fat and high in protein. I'm going to have to make that at home one night this week. Thank goodness the weather is getting warmer, grilling out is my favorite way to cook.

Tomorrow in the a.m. I've got Pilates. MUST REMEMBER TO GET UP IN TIME. MUST REMEMBER TO GET UP IN TIME. (I missed last week due to hitting the OFF instead of the SNOOZE.)
