55 minute brisk walk. 130 pushups. 55 mph gusts and steady 40 mph wind. . I am getting sick of this @#$%^& wind. Not sure how to enter exercise when I get out to help crew in warehouse. Pulling orders, walking and lifting. I entered it as "health club exercise" Should be close.

Calestentics heavy or light and or health club exercise should be close enough of a calorie guess. I also use health club when I am just working out as there are to many different exercises I do to list individually. Oh and bonus on the wind. When you walk or run against it it really adds an extra element to your work out. You work so much harder and should burn more calories, but the dry lips and mounth are a bummer.
