Work it out partner... man you are killing the protein. I will be able to add the shakes at least starting tomorrow. My fast is officially over at midnight!!!

I do eat a lot of protein, but it doesn't feel like that much until I put in the log! I'm afraid it might be too much and I might need to back down a little bit. I love my protein shake. It's Chocolate Peanut Butter and has bcaa's for workout recovery. I get it at Walmart of all places and it's like $15 for the canister.
