No workout this morning, since I was up till about 1am working. I'll have to make sure to get it in this afternoon when I get home. No excuses.

Yesterday caloric indulgence didn't seem to have a negative effect on the scale this morning. Thank goodness!

I'm not looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in. The only good thing I can say is that although the scale shows that the pounds went up, it also shows that the body fat went down! Today I am down by 2.9% over last Friday! that's huge! If I compare the numbers that's a gain of 4.7 lbs of lean body mass and a loss of 4.3 lbs in fat. I know it doesn't help to weigh every day, but it makes me feel better. It'll be interesting to see what the tale of the scale is tomorrow!

Down 2.9%? That's GREAT! What kind of scale do you use that measures body fat %? After my experience this morning, I'm going to start weighing every day too. Have a great weekend!

I have a Tanita scale. It wasn't the bottom of the line, nor the top of the line. I love it. Even if it's wrong, I use it as a baseline/guideline. So if I go up I know I need to change, and if it goes down, then I am doing well. I know they say you shouldn't weigh every day, but I do and I do it twice a day. Once in the morning and again in the evening when I get home. Reason being is that I know I am dehydrated over night, so the number will be higher, and I am re-hydrated by the time I get home so it may be more accurate. Weird and obsessive I know.
