I have both. I think I'm going to try this for dinner tomorrow. Besides, my hubby will love it also (even though it's "diet" food, lol)

Just bought Salmon this evening for tomorrow lunch! Veri Soy Teriyaki marinade grilled on George Forman grill.

Seared salmon & butter basted in the pan for 3 mins on each side, then finished in a preheated 350° oven for 7 mins. Garlic cream sauce was 4 cloves of fresh garlic, sauteed for about a minute. Then added 2 tbsp of Kerrygold butter and slowly added 2 tbsp of flour, to make a roux, stirring constantly w/ a whisk. Then slowly poured in about 1.5 cups of chicken broth, while whisking. Added about 1/8 cup of heavy cream and simmered for about 5 mins to thicken. Keep an eye on it and stir. Add salt & pepper to taste.
