Ok, that’s good. I lost some weight. Yay! I have not been tracking my food or my weight for months ever since the discouragement from my family. The last entry was last year 11/30/21 on my scale. I am determined to try and lose the weight. I started working out again because this excess weight is putting a toll on my small petite frame. I will try to count calories again in the hopes that my family do not discourage me again. I need to get serious about cutting out all sweets for now. I started cutting it out slowly. So my goal now is to cut it out completely.
