well i am back on track and hopefully i can get back down to 289 this week make up for one days indescression . i cant believe it would take this long to recover . i hope i can get to 285 by next Monday .
i coldnt work out at gym on Monday due to the early closing but i did run that night at work and had done so today as well i looks like i can do my cardio 7 days a week god willing worked out my chest today but due to time constraints couldn't do my abs (still cant see them )and forearms .
