well its the day after and i am back from work did get a little cardio in and didn't eat at all at work except the juice after i worked out (cant stand water).e eating till i wake up at the earliest hopefully this will flush out yesterdays mistake i will not be posting my new weight till i get up and yesterdays is wildly inacurate being i was filled to the gills .

Best wish's to those members of our armed forces and there families wherever they serve let everyone come home safe . best wishes to you and yours god bless THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA .

P.S. All veterans can cheat on there diets today with no nagging .
