I had entered on my journal under weight and challenge and it did not come forward to regular forum. Anyway I noticed i did not see on daily journal. I went in to visit doc had strep throat eww. But i did have a chance to weigh in with my new diet the last 5 dys i lost 9 lbs!
Very happy with my nutritionist. God bless you guys just made my 1st low carb lasagne with zuchini I was pleasantly surprised. I hv asked this ? Before no one ever answers me. Why wont this website let me upload a photo ? Plz tell me i hv another website that allows me to upload one so any help wld be greatly appreciated.
