well today is shot as i will be stuffing my face hopefully it wont have to much of an impact but it will take more time then i want to lose it again i know i wont be putting on pounds for one days transgression and i know it wont be an on gong thing but i am looking forward to the food but i think i have preguilt i wonder if that is a new phenomena ? i wont be drinking as i have to work that night . so all my calories will be from food . no gym today its my first day back and im very tired but come Monday ill be back on track . i think it will take some time till i get back to 289 pounds .

well that lunch and dinner is over and holy cow did i pig out i tried to show some restraint but to no avail. did have a good time but now have to pay the piper and i also no i wont get any sleep before work prognoses is dismal at best .
