Put a pound on! No big surprise given we had a birthday Chinese takeaway 2 days ago, our first takeaway of the year I think, and could be one of our last!
Seems that the owner of the Chinese may have to shut up shop in the next few months if her heating bills go through the roof. Either that or she doubles her prices on some takeaway foods. Real big shame for her and her family if that happens.
Anyway, back on track later today with a long walk and some indoor cycling. I want that pound off (and more hopefully) by this time next week.
