Today is another day though and I will succeed. It's also personal trainer day and I will have to answer to her too.
Onward and upward.....or should I say downward (as in weight loss)

ah, I used to love the days that I would see my personal training clients after a weekend of doing who knows what to their diet. it's a beautiful thing.
