I LOVE sticky rice! Shrimp, too. Looks yummy, I'll have to try that, with sesame seeds & a little toasted sesame oil.

Tim Vail, Sticky rice us a specialty rice you get at Asian food stores. It's cooked differently too - steamed in a special steamer - I got mine at H-Mart. Before I had it I used foil above boiling water. The traditional way to make sticky rice is with a can of coconut milk & sugar separate from the rice, then combined. But the rice tastes great on it's own. 😁
