I hope your all having a good day mine not so good in so much pain today had a scrambled eg a d some 2 sausage pattys yogurt for lunch no way im meeting my caloric requirement for today too low again . it hurts to just sit still, I still cant weigh as much as i like. On a good note my cravings are good no longet controlling me ending my second week. I love the way this website is set up you dont have to feel alone. Even tho i feel bad I know i have awaiting buddies who are fighting the fight with me you have to be a warrior it seems to me. So I pray for all of us in each of our journeys to be successful.
